Excited to share my live set as direct support for Madeaux in San Francisco for the LIMBO world tour. This was an incredible SOLD OUT show at Halcyon SF, and it was even better when Confession label OG Jace Mek showed up as our surprise guest when Madeaux, Jace Mek, and myself all went b3b till 4AM to close out the night for “what may have been one of the best sets of all time” as Jace Mek wrote in his Instagram post this week.
BAKR is a DJ & Producer from the Bay Area known for his unique approach to mixing house music. BAKR’s music will get you moving with his punchy baselines and melodic rhythms, oftentimes mixed with hip-hop, R&B, pop and more. He seeks inspiration from nearly all genres of electronic music, but his core identity stems from the sounds of tech-house, bass-house, and G-house music.
As the founder & CEO of GCODE, an electronic music events company, BAKR put himself on the map by organizing, promoting, and hosting unique, large-scale events. As a resident of some of the city’s most iconic venues. he’s regularly supporting some of the biggest artists in the game. You can find BAKR spinning any given weekend amongst San Francisco’s hottest nightclubs including 1015 Folsom, Audio SF, Halcyon SF, and Public Works, supporting some of the world’s biggest acts including Anna Lunoe, Boombox Cartel, Cazzette, Moon Boots, Zeds Dead, Dom Dolla, Le Youth, Madeaux, Dr. Fresch, Bijou, Sonny Fodera, Dom Dolla and many more!
