Mark de Clive-Lowe [MdCL] is at at the forefront of the global beats, jazz and soul movement. Having been involved with over 200 releases on labels including Masters At Work Records, Verve Records, Impulse Records and collaborating with as diverse a range of artists as Lauryn Hill, Jody Watley, UK soul don Omar, Bugz in the Attic, Dego [4Hero], percussionist Sammy Figuera [Miles Davis], bass player Pino Palladino [D’Angelo/The Who] and plenty more, MdCL is one of the most innovative producers and live performers you’ll find anywhere.

Sy Smith has been called by her peers “the hardest working woman in show business”! It’s no wonder. With 3 CDs, 1 EP, and 1 DVD released independently, she’s the driving force behind the underground soul scene in Los Angeles. Sy launched the Nu-Soul brand at our first event back in 2006 and has continued to participate in and support our events over the years. Her new collaboration with Mark de Clive-Lowe has been creating shockwaves in the international dance music scene.
